Kosztolányi Panka (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) is committed to protecting the personal data of its clients.
The purpose of data processing is to manage requests for quotations, orders, contracts, and client communication related to construction and design services, as well as to comply with legal obligations (e.g. invoicing, warranty administration).

The Service Provider processes the data voluntarily provided by customers, including: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping information, documents, plans, images, files related to the order or project planning.

Data processing is carried out based on the consent of the data subject, as well as on the legal basis necessary for the performance of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.

Access to personal data is limited to the Service Provider’s employees and its contractual partners involved in the cooperation (e.g., subcontractors, accountant, courier service), only to the extent necessary for the performance of the service. The Service Provider does not sell or transfer data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Personal data is retained for up to 5 years following the performance of the contract, or deleted earlier at the request of the data subject, provided there is no legal obligation to retain it.

The data subject may request the correction or deletion of their personal data, the restriction of data processing, and may object to its processing. Requests can be submitted to csaladbabaja@gmail.com , and the Service Provider will process them within 30 days.

The Service Provider takes all reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the secure storage and processing of personal data, preventing unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Kosztolányi Panka reserves the right to modify the privacy policy. Any changes take effect on the day they are published on the website.
